The north-east coast, thinly served
Ordering a cake in මුලතිව් District
Mullaitivu, Puthukkudiyiruppu and Oddusuddan cover a sparsely populated stretch of the north-east coast. Very little in this district is listed online, which is precisely the gap this directory exists to close.
If you find a baker here, expect to plan further ahead than you would in a city, and be specific about the address — rural addresses in this part of the island usually need a landmark and a working mobile number.
Towns covered: Mankulam, මුලතිව්, Oddusuddan, Puthukudiyiruppu, Weli Oya.
මුලතිව් cake delivery — common questions
Are there bakers listed in Mullaitivu?
Coverage is thin. Check the current listing, and look at Vavuniya or Jaffna if nothing is available.
What details will the baker need?
A landmark as well as the address, and a mobile number that will answer. Rural deliveries fail on directions far more often than on baking.
